Canvas sizes that have public art, with counts — feeds sitemap-size.xml.
/arts/size-WxH noindexes itself when its listing is empty, so the sitemap
must advertise only sizes with results or it ships noindex URLs. The filter
here is deliberately the same one _build_slug_query applies for a
/arts/size-WxH slug (base queryset + width/height + status=public), so the
two can't drift apart.
Cached an hour: the set only changes when art is published.
